Kodasi Verlag was founded 1981 as free self-publishing in Magdalenenstraße in Hamburg. The idea of self-marketing and self-determination strongly influences culture and orientation of this publisher until today.

Hans-Christian von Dadelsen (* 4. December 1948 in Berlin) is a german composer and music-author. He studied composition and music theory at Diether de la Motte and György Ligeti as well as music eductaion at Hermann Rauhe. With his lecture "Tendenzen zu einer neuartigen Tonalität" (Tendencies of a new tonality) at the "Darmstädter Ferien-Kursen" in 1972 he influenced a fundamental change of modern music. By referring to „Pop-Art“ and new Romantic he initiated a sometimes misinterpreted change of the stilistics of the 70ies ("New-Romantic) which has been continued by various artist. He was personally influenced as a composer by Pop-Art and american stilistics. For his polyrithm compositions and iridescend harmonic concepts he became international well known.
Babette Koblenz (* 22. August 1956 in Hamburg) is a german composer with strong focus on chamber- and ensemble-music, music theater and "music documentaires". In 1999 she reached international attention with the opera „Recherche“ which had premiere and opened the Festival Münchener Biennale. Besides composing Babette Koblenz consecrates on singing and painting. For her musical creations she was honoured with several awards. She is member of the "Freien Akademie der Künste" in Hamburg.
